1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• Refunds are granted only if you have not accessed more than 50% of the course content.
• Refunds are not applicable for downloadable products or completed courses.

2. Request Process

To request a refund, email us with your order number and reason. Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel enrollment in live sessions at least 24 hours before the session starts.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the course has been accessed or completed.
• Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to use the course within the allotted time
• Change of mind after accessing a significant portion
• Technical issues on your end not caused by our system
